Emblem warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from ship-date. If any part of our furniture fails due to a defect, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll repair or replace your furniture at no charge to you. Please note we do not cover issues arising from abuse or wear and tear, but we do offer repair solutions through our ground-breaking maintenance plan. If your furniture suffers unexpected damage that is not covered by our warranty, we’re still standing by to help. Our maintenance plan is included with every piece of furniture we sell.

- Replacement cushions, legs, glides and other parts, sold to original purchaser at low, wholesale rates.
- Textiles sold by-the-yard for use in upholstery repairs.
If you have a warranty claim or question, or need to request maintenance service, please email us at email@example.com . To speed up response time, we recommend including your purchase receipt/email, photos, and a description of the issue in your email.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, notify us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, except for original shipping cost. In all cases, returns must be in new condition; furniture with evidence of wear is not eligible for return.
